Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training activities for the Scientific Services, Veterinary Services, and Anatomic Pathology groups to assure compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and USDA regulations.
- Provide hands-on training of staff, perform uniform training and assessment across all staff in training, and possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Effectively utilize their position in the department to foster positive work ethics, teamwork, and quality, re-constructible data collection in new and current staff.
The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing and revising lesson plans to ensure quality and efficiency, working with all groups to improve processes, and communicating progress towards training deadlines to training specialist and department management.
