Job Description:
Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for both manufacturing and laboratory settings.
Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing and lab processes to ensure compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and regulatory guidelines.
Identify, document, and report non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality-related issues effectively and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, including testing data, audits, and inspection outcomes.
Monitor and validate laboratory testing methods and results to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Provide training to team members on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
Stay updated on industry standards, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in quality assurance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Quality Mangement, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Previous experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing and/or laboratory environment is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, or GLP guidelines).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and solve problems.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency with quality management systems (QMS) and related software is a plus.
