Job Title : Technical Project Manager

Location : New York / New Jersey – Hybrid office-based role.

Target Salary - $100-110k

Start date : Feb 2025

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Coordination or a related field.
  • Higher-level equivalent qualifications will be considered.

Experience :

  • Minimum of 4 years in Biotech / Pharma
  • Biotech production.
  • Experience working in a GMP environment.
  • Must reside in the New York Area

    • Competencies : Technical :

  • Expertise in project planning and risk management .
  • Lead project coordination activities and manage timelines effectively.
  • Partner with team members and CMOs to execute advanced process and product technology transfers.

    • Conceptual :

  • Strong reporting and documentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and contract life cycles.
  • Excellent internal and vendor-facing communication skills, with a focus on timely follow-up.

    • People :

  • Highly collaborative with a focus on self-starter attitude and team fit.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive outcomes effectively.
  • Achievement-focused and results-oriented.

    • Key Attributes :

  • Outcome-driven with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-focused with the ability to foster collaboration across functions.

    • Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
