Position Summary :
The Trade Program Manager, reporting to the Director of Trade Compliance and State Licensing, oversees all export operations and trade program requirements, including planning, scheduling, and routing exports. This role ensures compliance with federal and international regulations and collaborates with Logistics, Legal, Regulatory, Procurement, and Finance teams. Responsibilities include creating export documentation, classifying products under ECCN and Harmonized Tariff Schedule, maintaining databases, and driving compliance with customs and trade issues.
Key Responsibilities :
- Stay updated on US trade laws and customs regulations.
- Serve as the primary contact and expert for internal partners on export operations.
- Execute daily activities in line with company policies to meet compliance goals.
- Provide guidance on complex export scenarios.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements in export activities.
- Develop and maintain customs and trade procedures.
- Participate in project teams and maintain records for export operations.
