Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Learning Management System Administrative Support: Assigning courses, Handling any course documentation, class rosters, scheduling, correspondence records, and preparing class reports. 2.
- Coordination of Activities: Managing calendars, scheduling rooms, and organizing meetings or training events – virtual call schedules and the T&E calendar. Class registration and communication with both T&E Faculty and class participants as well as the MDT Events team. Equipment needs for T&E and other events.
- Data Management: Collecting, maintaining, and analyzing program data, tracking performance metrics, and generating reports. Smart Sheet dashboard inputs and report generation from the LMS and other sources with constant feedback to the Dir of T&E and class Faculty.
- Logistical Support: Coordinating travel of faculty for classes, shipping accommodations, and ensuring materials or supplies are available for program activities.
- Operational Support: Assisting with day-to-day program operations, ensuring smooth execution, and helping teams stay organized and efficient during and in-between courses.
- Equipment Support: manage and assist with room setup and post class clean up and inventory. Shipping and maintenance as well as ordering accessories for training equipment and classes and help manage sw/firmware update logistics.
- May be involved in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and organization of T&E storage rooms.

Autonomy: Recognized as a specialist in job area who works on assignments that are somewhat complex in nature, and may be responsible for supporting training activities, communicating with faculty and students on class logistics. Handles or resolves a wide range of tasks, or issues in original ways. Has high degree of initiative and makes considerable adjustments and enhancements to working methods to improve effectiveness. Productive individual contributor. Works under moderate supervision; with general supervision and instructions given for routine work and detailed instructions for new activities . Knowledge of the training process, needs and established operational procedures utilized currently. Works on clerical assignments within the LMS, UShip system, Ariba ordering systems that may require application of prior experience.
Organizational Impact: Performs intermediate activities requiring judgment and decision making in all T&E events and operational activities within Mounds View. Work consists of tasks that are typically routine.
Innovation and Complexity: Problems faced are routine and typically exist in current work processes and systems . May be required to highlight areas of concerns / problems in own job area. Communication and Influence: Communicates typically with internal T&E Team and occasionally with CAS Field employees that are included in a training event. Obtains and provides some information from the LMS and ordering, shipping records that may require some explanation or interpretation .
Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires knowledge of some administrative tasks and systems obtained through prior work experience or education. Requires minimum of 2 years of some level of administration support using MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Sharepoint Teams, entry level knowledge of a Learning Management System and how to organize and share class data.
