General Description:
This position reports directly to the Senior Manager; Warehouse at Hopewell, NJ. Expectation of this role is to work collaboratively with other functional teams in providing material management service including W&D.
This role will focus on supporting all cGMP operations from a materials management perspective, warehouse operations, inventory management, and weigh and dispense of large scale powder and liquid, while maintaining strict safety and quality/compliance guidelines.

Core Responsibilities/Experience
- Experience working in a cGMP/FDA regulated environment.
- Will be required to perform weighing & dispensing activities as well as other Warehouse related day to day activities. Must be comfortable with working with weighing out powders, salts, liquids.
- Support with writing and updating of documents such as SOP’s, MBRs, WI’s, Forms & Training documents.
- Prior experience working within a Classified Clean Room.
- Comfortable with all areas of warehouse operations

- Familiar with inventory/material management practices.
- ERP experience: preferably SAP
- Experience performing cycle counts to determine inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to timelines for training and other QE documentation.
- Experience with handling of temperature sensitive material.
- Ability to work under supervision and to escalate appropriately to management.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Harnessing safe behaviors and ensuring upmost importance for a safe working environment in the Warehouse.
- Will work with the supply chain teams on the receiving and shipping of materials such as testing samples, drug product, intermediates, material returns, etc.
- Will be required to perform weigh & dispense functions.
- High school degree and a minimum 3 years of experience in a cGMP/FDA regulated environment, including, but not limited to: materials management, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Material Management in the Biopharmaceutical industry with an emphasis on the weighing and dispensing of powders, salts & liquids.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing operations is preferred.
- Experience with SAP
- Must be able to stand for long periods, up to 8 to 10 hours/day
- Must be able to reach above shoulder level, bend/stoop, push/pull, and handle/grip frequently
- Must be able to work scheduled minimum 40 hours/week
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
