Duties
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to our established recipes and customer preferences.
- Manage the preparation of ingredients, including dough, sauces, and toppings.
- Ensure that all food handling practices meet health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Assist in meal preparation for catering events as needed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
- Help train new kitchen staff on pizza preparation techniques and food safety practices.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling procedures.
- Experience in the food industry, particularly in culinary roles related to pizza or similar cuisines.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
