Contract Duration: Tentative start date: Apr 1, 2025 through Jun 30, 2025 (Assignment extensions occur quarterly. The selected candidate has the potential to stay in the role for up to 18 months.)
Pay: $29.50/hr
Onsite/Remote/Hybrid (if onsite/hybrid please give city/town name): Remote – 100% Remote; Redmond, WA - needs to be PST or able to work PST hours. Highly prefer that they are local so they could occasionally come in.

Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned.

- Purpose of the Team: The team is involved in software development, specifically as an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and digital natives. They focus on companies that started in the cloud and are not brick-and-mortar
- Key projects: This role will contribute to supporting 2 leaders: one in private capital and the other in the technology team. They will do expense reporting, travel, calendar management, ordering supplies or catering for the team,
- Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 40% calendar management, 30% travel, 20% expenses, 10% assisting team. This may vary day to day.
