We’re seeking a dynamic Finance Director to serve as the strategic financial partner to up to multiple centers. In this role, you'll do more than manage numbers—you'll shape the future of healthcare delivery by partnering with operators, physicians, and corporate stakeholders to drive performance, enable growth, and champion financial excellence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the CFO for multiple centers, providing end-to-end financial oversight—from budgeting and forecasting to monitoring financial health and identifying areas for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate closely with market operators, corporate finance, and accounting teams to align financial strategy with operational goals.
• Lead and execute high-impact initiatives including capital expansion projects and RFP responses, with clear ownership and accountability.
• Manage and inspire a high-performing finance team; foster a culture of curiosity, development, and continuous improvement. This hire will mentor and develop the team.
• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to physicians, confidently guiding discussions, answering questions, and providing insights that support their practice goals.
• The work will be Data-Driven as this role will own financial reporting and analytics using tools such as Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, Access, and Essbase—transforming data into actionable business intelligence.

Requirements:

• 6 years of progressive experience in healthcare finance or accounting. Multi-site, physician group, or private equity-backed organization experience is a strong plus.
• Strategic yet hands-on leadership. You’re a leader who thrives on mentoring and empowering others, and you're energized by solving problems and driving outcomes.
• Collaborative, resilient under pressure, entrepreneurial, and always looking to challenge the status quo with a team-first attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and Access. Experience with Essbase and pro forma modeling preferred.
