What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Manager position at Planet Professional?
A large, publicly traded pharmaceutical company in the Waltham area is looking for a Finance Manager who will be the main finance partner to HR. This person will contribute to headcount and Salaries & Benefits support. Responsibilities include headcount tracking and reporting, HR OPEX budgeting, account analysis, variance analysis, and involvement in the annual budget and quarterly reforecasts. This position will provide exposure to forecasting, variance analysis, business partnering, and strategic analysis. Reporting will be to the FP&A function.
The ideal candidate will have experience partnering with HR from an FP&A capacity - specifically for headcount, salary and benefits. 5-8 years of FP&A experience, a strong understanding of statemetn analysis and large ERP system experience. Pharmaceutical industry is a plus, but not required.
