HR Assistant
Contract : 6 months
Onsite : Stoneham, MA 02180
Must Haves :
1 years HR Support, HR Admin, HR Assistant or recruiting experience
Food service industry experience
Preferred :
HRIS experience
Job Description : Primary duties include but are not limited to :
Support recruiting efforts
Sending and tracking onboarding documents
Supporting payroll
Following up with employees on inquires to PTO, benefits, etc
Assisting with the enrollment process
Assisting with employment verification letters
Assisting with employee training programs
Helping research and plan company events
Willingness and ability to be cross-trained on all other functions of the corporate office to assist with overflow, covering of vacations, etc. as needed
