HR Assistant
Contract: 6 months
Onsite: Stoneham, MA 02180
- Must Haves:1 years HR Support, HR Admin, HR Assistant or recruiting experience
- Experience in an HR function in the quick service/food service industry
- Preferred:HRIS experience
- Job Description: Primary duties include but are not limited to: Support recruiting efforts
- Sending and tracking onboarding documents
- Supporting payroll
- Following up with employees on inquires to PTO, benefits, etc
- Assisting with the enrollment process
- Assisting with employment verification letters
- Assisting with employee training programs
- Helping research and plan company events
- Willingness and ability to be cross-trained on all other functions of the corporate office to assist with overflow, covering of vacations, etc. as needed
- Providing general administrative support
Salary : $24 - $28
