Experience with employee relations (quantity, complex) with investigation experience

Position Overview:
The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor to managers and team members, driving business outcomes that align with the Company’s Mission, Vision, and Values. The Sr. HRBP works closely with leadership to lead initiatives that attract, motivate, develop, and retain top talent, while fostering the company’s strong culture. By partnering with designated business functions, the Sr. HRBP takes a holistic approach to achieving organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide leadership and support to internal customers within the People & Culture (P&C) organization.
-Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to foster positive coworker relations, enhance company culture, and drive engagement.
-Design and implement P&C programs that align with departmental goals, improving talent attraction, motivation, development, and retention.
-Lead performance management, talent management, and talent development initiatives for internal teams.
-Offer expert coworker relations support through consulting, coaching, and conflict resolution.
-Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee-related issues.
-Assist managers and coworkers with P&C inquiries, policy interpretation, and resolving coworker relations matters.
-Provide guidance on company policies and ensure alignment with the Coworker Handbook and Company procedures.
-Develop and deliver training programs to address team and business needs.
-Maintain an up-to-date and accurate Job Descriptions.
-Recommend strategies, programs, and policies to improve organizational efficiency, leveraging data analysis, business insights, and industry best practices.
-Conduct exit interviews, identify key trends, and share feedback to inform decision-making.
-Collaborate with leadership to address business challenges and create innovative solutions.
-Identify high-potential employees and critical roles within the assigned business area.
-Partner with Centers of Excellence to drive initiatives in talent management, compensation planning, and Diversity & Inclusion programs.
-Operate in a standard office environment, utilizing desk spaces, conference rooms, and break areas.
-Navigate complex environments with high situational awareness to respond effectively to emerging needs.
-Travel up to 25% of the time to other company locations as required by business needs.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
