Must Haves:
- Strong experience and knowledge of California payroll and benefits laws and compliance
- 4 years experience owning payroll processing
- 4 years benefits Administration experience
- Strong compensation benchmarking and strategizing experience
Preferred:
- HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP.
- ADP and Kronos System experience
- DEI experience
- M&A experience
