HR Assistant
6 months
8:30am-5pm with a half hour unpaid lunch
Must Haves:
*1 years HR experience from a high volume/fast-paced industry
Preferred:
*HRIS experience
Job Description:
Primary duties include but are not limited to:
Support recruiting efforts
- Sending and tracking onboarding documents
- Supporting payroll
- Following up with employees on inquires to PTO, benefits, etc
- Assisting with the enrollment process
- Assisting with employment verification letters
- Assisting with employee training programs
- Helping research and plan company events
- Willingness and ability to be cross-trained on all other functions of the corporate office to assist with overflow, covering of vacations, etc. as needed
- Providing general administrative support
