Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant Manager to join our team at Planet Professional. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our management team and contribute to the efficient operation of our business.



Salary and Benefits


The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate of $18 per hour.



Responsibilities


Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Providing administrative assistance to management and staff;

  • Preparing routine reports and correspondence;

  • Maintaining accurate records and files; and

  • Performing various administrative tasks using Microsoft Office applications.



Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;

  • Strong organizational and time management skills;

  • Proficiency with MS 365, including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and

  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
