Performance Management Specialist (contract role)
- Experience in performance management initiatives, including annual performance reviews, feedback and/or goal setting
- Experience in designing written resources (job aids, one pagers, presentations) and delivering trainings related to feedback, goal setting, and annual performance reviews.
- Experience creating and tracking project plans involving activities that span multiple months across multiple projects, involving multiple people
- Experience working in partnership with multiple functions, each of which may have their own needs and goals.
- Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and identify actions as part of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-6 years’ experience in HR/Talent Development/Learning & Development
- Experience using Workday or another HRIS system. It is a bonus if they had experience with a Workday implementation or testing initiative.
