HR Associate

Hourly: $20-25/hr
Must-Have Qualifications:
*1 years recruiting or HR experience from a high volume setting
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
*Experience using Indeed and Factory Fix for recruitment
*Experience with recruiting hourly entry-level candidates
Responsibilities:
Recruiting and screening candidates for hourly entry-level and skilled positions.
- Conducting background checks and drug testing.
- Data entry for mass hires of 20 candidates.
- Assisting with backend processes and scheduling.
- Support the Senior Generalist and Training Coordinator in all recruitment activities.
- Utilize Indeed, Factory Fix, and internal recruitment tools.
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and timely processing of candidate information.
- Conduct phone screens and on-site interviews as part of the recruitment process.
- Maintain a friendly and customer-service-oriented demeanor.
- Collaborate with a small team to achieve recruitment goals.
Salary : $20 - $25
