Must Haves :

- 10 years of progressive HR experience
- CA employment law
- Strong employee relations
- Hands-on and can wear multiple hats
- Mid-large sized company experience
- Can be the point of contact for west coast HR matters (300 total employees across 4 locations)
- Supervisory experience
- Comfortable with travel (roughly 1x per month)

An experienced Sr. HR Business Partner will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate a broad range of HR services. As a multi-site lead in California and Arizona, the Sr. HRBP will ensure legal compliance and implementation of clients mission and talent strategy .
Position Location : Morgan Hill, CA (this is an onsite position with some flexibility)
Sites Supporting : Santa Clara, CA, Morgan Hill CA, Newport Beach, CA, and Mesa, AZ & Hillsboro, Oregon
Duties / Responsibilities :
Collaborates with senior site leadership to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related to all Human Capital InitiativesAct as a coach to employee relations, and career developmentPlans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s human resourcecompliance and strategy needs.Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development.Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization’s human resource information system (HRIS) management system.Monitors and ensures the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.Performs other duties as required.Required Skills / Abilities :
