Job Description
The Supply Chain department is seeking an experienced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Trainer specific to supply chain processes. The Supply Chain ERP Trainer is responsible for understanding the ERP system functionality and functional business processes; evaluating and modifying existing supply chain ERP training content, procedures, and materials. The idea candidate will participate in the development of new content and materials with the Supply Chain ERP Program Manager, functional CAM, and development team; delivering both in-person and online training; developing and maintaining a training repository; supporting the supply chain ERP user community and the functional team; and will work closely with leadership, other trainers, and cross-functional teams to ensure training and documentation aligns with organizational business objectives. The Supply Chain ERP Trainer will be responsible for the design and development new training material, updated procedures, job aids, etc.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in systems training and documentation development
- Working knowledge of the Government acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, modules and business processes specific to supply chain (procurement, supplier management, receiving, etc.)
- Unanet ERP experience is preferred
- Experience with procedural writing and creating end user support documentation.
- Effectively communicate and adapt training content to learners.
- Quickly learn new concepts and applications and translate into training content.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Salary : $55 - $85
