Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Specialist to join our team, reporting directly to the Manager of Standards. This role requires a strong critical thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a variety of tasks including content moderation, data tracking, vendor communication, and internal support.
This is a fully remote position based out of our Massachusetts office, with occasional in-person attendance required for quarterly meetings, annual summits, or other scheduled events.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming email communications, conducting research and resolving issues efficiently.
- Generate reports, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and track the resolution of compliance matters.
- Serve as an initial point of contact for vendors during onboarding, sharing requirements and answering questions.
- Maintain organized records, track spending, and log invoice histories.
- Support the development of meeting content, including agendas, notes, action items, and presentation materials.
- Ensure compliance with purchase order procedures and follow up on discrepancies.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and document system-related issues.
- Communicate with both internal teams and external partners to facilitate issue resolution.
- Monitor and maintain work queues, providing status updates as needed.
- Maintain and update distribution lists for internal communication.
- Monitor system dashboards, perform analysis, and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide backup support across the department and assist in implementing new processes and improvements.
- Contribute to special projects and provide general team support as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Salary : $25 - $30
