Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and lead a team by example. Foster a positive and energetic work environment that promotes teamwork and high morale.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every guest has an outstanding experience by greeting customers warmly, addressing any complaints professionally, and leading the team in delivering exceptional service.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, customer service, and operational best practices to help them reach their potential.
- Sales and Marketing: Drive store sales by implementing local marketing strategies and encouraging upselling techniques. Analyze daily sales data to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Quality Control: Ensure all smoothies and products meet Planet Smoothie standards. Maintain high standards for food safety and hygiene.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Certification: Required to obtain ServSafe within 2 weeks of hire date, must maintain certification for the duration of employment
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and lead a team. A motivating personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Service Orientation: An upbeat, positive attitude with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Energy and Enthusiasm: A passion for health and wellness and an energetic approach to daily tasks.

Posted hourly rate range includes total compensation with tip share.
