Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of smoothies and bowls according to established recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the smoothie bar, dining area, and equipment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, following proper cash handling procedures.
- Assist with food preparation and service, adhering to food safety standards.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their orders.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Operate the POS system for order processing and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and energetic work environment.
Skills:
- Proficient in cash handling and retail math for accurate transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with smoothie and bowl preparation techniques and equipment.
- Experience in food service or smoothie bar settings is preferred but not required.
