Looking for a great leader! You will be tasked with leading a team of enthusiastic smoothie experts to deliver the best customer experience possible.
The Assistant Manager will lead from the front lines leading by example. Delivering exceptional customer experiences are contagious and an individual with a dynamic and vibrant personality can do just that. Our customers are the focus of our business and everything we do centers around that experience.
In addition, to working alongside the team on the front lines the individual will be responsible for hiring/training and retaining team members. The assistant manager will be expected to use our training procedures to foster a culture of people wanting to get better.
In addition, to staff development the assistant manager will also be responsible for maintaining cost discipline with respect to food and labor costs. They will be empowered to use the tools we have built and build on them to deliver the necessary results.
The assistant manager will also be provided an operations tool kit on how best to handle all day to day activities that they can build on to maximize the results for their unique location.
Lastly, the assistant manager will be expected to assist with certain administrative tasks such as inventory, ordering for deliveries and handling customer issues.
The role is unique in that you get to join a local ownership group which is rapidly expanding their footprint so there is ample opportunity for growth beyond just the assistant manager role.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
