ERP Operations Analyst Manufacturing

This is a high-impact role where you will analyze material and labor transactions, investigate variances, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy across the organization. Daily Responsibilities:
- Analyzing material and labor transactions, investigating variances, and implementing solutions to optimize data accuracy
- Maintaining and enhancing the JD Edwards ERP system to support operational efficiency
- Assisting in managing the cycle count program, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions
- Serving as a liaison between IT and Manufacturing, troubleshooting JD Edwards ERP system issues, and ensuring smooth operations
- Supporting Engineering and Data Processing teams in setting up product costing, bills of materials, and routings
- Providing training and support to ERP end users, ensuring teams can effectively utilize the system
- Collaborating with departments to improve access to system information, driving data-driven decision-making
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing Experience Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is required
- ERP Proficiency Experience with an ERP system is essential; JD Edwards is strongly preferred
- Strong Work Ethic & Communication Skills Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Mindset Ability to assess and resolve issues efficiently
- U.S. Work Authorization Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
