What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst position at Planet Technology?
This is a full time permanent role, 4x a week onsite in Boston MA

Must haves:
- Experience supporting construction technology applications – ideally Procore, Autodesk, and/or Primavera P6
- Technical troubleshooting skills - ability to support end users and resolve application issues
- Experience working closely with field teams, project managers, and operations staff
- Familiarity with construction workflows and processes
- Comfortable collecting and analyzing business requirements and identifying process inefficiencies
- Strong communication skills - able to translate technical issues for non-technical users
