Must have
- Sr. BA - 10 years of experience
- must be able to run meetings, run workshops.
- must have strong communication skills and be able to talk with business and lead/drive conversations about business process. Must know how to get into out of the business
- must be able to ask questions that can be put into story format
- someone who has worked on a new system or rewrote a system would be ideal
- Strong experience developing workflows, mapping and Process Flows and Process Improvement.
- Need someone out of a consulting company or someone who has worked in a software company -- they would love someone with a diverse industry background
- Ability to not only understand pain points and needs of the business but also anticipate where pit falls are before the business brings it up
