At Planet Technology, we are seeking a Business Process Improvement Specialist to lead the transformation of our customer service helpdesk into a professional and efficient operation.
The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and IT, with experience in improving processes, creating documentation, and recommending changes.
This is a W2 position that requires the ability to work without sponsorship. The selected candidate will be involved in developing a Service Level Agreement (SLA), implementing process improvements, reviewing documentation, and consulting with the helpdesk team.
- We are looking for someone who can improve our queue management and implement a customer feedback loop.
- The selected candidate will work closely with the IT team to assess technology needs and develop a communication plan.
- Quality assurance and compliance will also be a key part of this role, ensuring that all processes are aligned with company standards.
This is a 3-month initially project with the potential for extension as more projects become available in our pipeline.
