Qualifications:
- 5 years overall analyst experience
- Microsoft Dynamics Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Demonstrated thorough understanding of Dynamics 365 platform terminology and functionality, including sales, service, customer insights, marketing, and project operations modules.
- Agile Experience: Fluent in agile practices and methodologies.
- Must have used Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
- Skilled in troubleshooting, testing, designing
- Experience with writing user stories
- Automation testing tool experience, ability to write test scripts
- Good communication skills
