About the Role:
As an HRIS Analyst, you will serve as a technical point-of-contact for HR systems, working closely with internal teams to ensure data integrity, optimize processes, and support system implementations. You’ll collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor partners to troubleshoot issues, streamline workflows, and provide system training. This is a key mid-level role that involves both hands-on technical work and cross-functional communication
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering and supporting the company’s HRIS, handling data integrity, system audits, troubleshooting, and process automation
- Collaborating with HR and IT teams to improve system functionality, reporting, and compliance
- Assisting with software implementations, upgrades, and integrations, including data exports and formatting for seamless transmission
- Developing reports, dashboards, and queries to provide insights and support decision-making
- Acting as a liaison between HR, IT, and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance
- Providing training and support to end-users on HR system functionality
Qualifications:
- 3 years of HRIS experience (Workday preferred, but open to Kronos, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar)
- Experience with HR software integrations and reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (MIS, Computer Science, HR, or related field)
- Strong understanding of HR processes and HR technology (not finance or supply chain)
- Ability to work on-site 5 days a week (non-negotiable)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Workday or other leading HRIS platforms
- Knowledge of data formatting and system upgrades
- Ability to analyze HR technology needs and implement process improvements
