What are the responsibilities and job description for the IAM Technical Analyst / Engineer - Entra ID position at Planet Technology?
NO RELOCATION
W2 only, NO C2C
Location : New York, NY; onsite 3 days a week
Duration : 7-month contract
Start : Beginning of February
Hours : 40 hours a week, working with local and global teams
Must Haves :
- Extensive experience working with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly. Azure Active Directory)
- 3-5 yrs min exp with IAM, cloud AD, SSO, MFA
- Extensive experience integrating various systems, applications, various Directories (OpenLDAP, Active Directory), and SSO technologies (such as Shibboleth (SAML2)), OpenID Connect (OIDC).
- Understanding of various bridging and federation mechanisms (ex : CirrusIdentity Bridge / Proxy)
- Solid soft skills; the New York time is diverse AND this is a global project
- Proficient in PowerShell, Bash scripting, and / or Python
- Good understanding of basic networking principles, principle of least privilege (PLOP), security best practices, ISO, etc.
