Project Details-
Responsibilities:
Daily On-site visits to address service requests in the Camden, New Jersey area.
Independently troubleshoot a variety of technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Work with other team members on projects.
Document work and time within our ticketing system and job sheets.
Qualifications:
Ability to act quickly when needed.
Can do attitude
Ability to communicate directly with the client, simplifying technical concepts to further their understanding.
Attention to detail in documentation and communication.
A desire and ability to solve problems and find preventative measures when possible.

Knowledge that this is a client-based market, and the client’s happiness is key.
Skills:
Knowledge and experience with troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems. As many versions as possible but mostly 10 and 11.
Experience with troubleshooting common end-user issues; ie.. Printers, Network Connectivity, eMails, etc.
Other Skills that may be nice to have:
Experience with Office 365 and Azure Domains.
Experience with VOIP phone systems. Vonage would be a big plus
Experience with Windows Server OS.
Experience with dental hardware/software.
Experience/familiar with in MS Intune and active directory for onsite work/support needed to set up PC.
