Planet Technology's direct client is seeking an IT Operations Manager - Go To Market Systems to join their team on a full-time direct hire basis. The IT Operations Manager will be the primary operations point of contact for Go to Market business, vendors, and technology partners. This position is remote and will work EST hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for IT operations for Go To Market technology; managing applications, computing, and incident management support functions ensuring availability of key systems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Develops the service strategy for IT Operations services, with annual updates and an updated technology plan in conjunction with Enterprise Architecture
- Defines future needs in Go To Market IT operations areas and develops priority roadmaps
- Manages service level attainment (SLAs) tracking & reporting as a component of overall governance reporting and IT metrics for vendors, and IT teams
