- Crypto experience – ideally professional or advanced personal experience in the crypto space
- High Growth Tech experience
- Experience working on a referral program or loyalty program; MarTech knowledge and experience
- Ideally 8 year experience – but would consider someone more junior but very sharp; leveling would be impacted
