Your Role in Our Success :
As the Quality Manager, you will report to the Director of Operations and spearhead initiatives to optimize quality and efficiency. You'll lead the enhancement of our ISO 9001 : 2015 Quality Management System , act as the key interface with customers, and oversee supplier quality management programs. Daily responsibilities include facilitating investigations, driving process improvements, and implementing proactive measures for maintaining and exceeding quality standards
Daily Activities Include :
- Overseeing and revising the ISO 9001 : 2015 Quality Management System with key stakeholders
- Collaborating with manufacturing teams to improve cycle time , quality, and first-pass yields through lean manufacturing techniques
- Acting as the primary customer interface for quality-related initiatives and leading root cause analysis (RCA)
- Conducting internal and external quality audits and ensuring continuous improvement
- Leading cross-functional teams for quality procedure and test method development
- Collecting and analyzing performance metrics, preparing statistical reports for executive-level review
