Must Have Requirements:
- 2 years of Mobile device management and provisioning
- Experience working with Verizon and Verizon’s portal to provision new phones
- Experience supporting both Apple and Android devices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with MEEC:MDD or another mobile device management tool such as Intune, Jamf or NinjaOne
- User Provisioning and termination using AD Manager
- Experience with Office 365, Mobile Outlook, Windows 11
