Our client is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join a dynamic team working on a modernization project. This role will focus on migrating an existing application, providing ongoing support, and developing new features to enhance functionality. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled developer with experience in application modernization, cloud platforms, and enterprise-grade .NET development.
Required
7 years of experience in application design and development
*Extensive, in-depth knowledge of C# and .NET Core
*Experience with Entity Framework Core
*Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML5/CSS3 - ideally react.js but would consider Angular, Vue, Typescript etc.
*Strong experience with RESTful API design and development
*Proficient with SQL and database concepts
*Ability to learn and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment and evolving technology
*Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, NUnit, xUnit)
*Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
*Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
*Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
*Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred
*3rd party/integration partner experience
*Manufacturing background
*Fluency in VB.NET
*Expertise in large-scale TPS systems, specializing in SQL Server and Azure for DB layer services
*Experience with cloud platforms (Azure)
*Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
*Understanding of security best practices
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
