Job Overview :
Leadership position in a Microsoft-focused technology environment. Responsible for technology delivery and coordination across development teams. Primary engagement with development team in South America (200 team members).
Key Qualifications :
Technical Requirements :
Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience
8–10 years technical leadership experience
Proficient in programming languages :
JavaScript
Python
Azure and cloud platform experience preferred
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile exp required, no waterfall)
Experience with RESTful APIs and integration services
Professional Experience :
5 years in Financial Services
Expertise in SaaS and back-office financial systems
Experience with enterprise architecture and solution design
Familiarity with financial data ecosystems
Preferred Additional Skills :
Portuguese language skills
Power BI experience
Lean Six Sigma knowledge
Core Responsibilities :
Solution Design :
Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Design scalable integration solutions
Develop high-level technology prototypes
Coordinate with enterprise architecture teams
Manage solution interdependencies
Project Management :
Lead multiple concurrent technology projects
Oversee 5-6 project teams (approximately 5–6 people per team)
Implement iterative delivery methodologies
Ensure project value realization within 3–12 months
Technical Leadership :
Manage development teams across Brazil and potentially US
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration
Drive technological innovation
Implement automation and process improvement strategies
Soft Skills :
Excellent communication (technical and non-technical)
