UKG Pro WFM Analyst
About the Role:
Our client, a leading global logistics provider, is seeking a highly skilled UKG HRIS WFM Analyst to join their dynamic team. This exciting new role comes at a pivotal time, as the company has recently transitioned from Kronos to the UKG Pro WFM platform. As the subject matter expert for the UKG WFM system, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the system to drive efficiencies, provide strategic HR insights, and ensure compliance. Your expertise will help shape the future of the organization’s HR operations, making a direct impact on their ongoing success
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning and managing the UKG Pro WFM system, ensuring seamless operation and optimal functionality
- Serving as the primary point of contact and technical SME for the WFM platform, including the Timekeeping module
- Analyzing HR data to deliver actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making
- Driving process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency
- Providing end-user support, including training, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance
- Developing and delivering custom reports tailored to the needs of key stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with UKG Dimensions/WFM
- Expertise in UKG Timekeeping module, with strong configuration experience (e.g., pay code distributions, worker/pay rules, timekeeping profiles)
- Strong analytical and consultative mindset, with the ability to stay up to date with new system updates and features
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization
- U.S. work authorization required (no sponsorship)
