Our client, an industry leader in the recreational facilities sector, is growing and seeking a UKG Pro & WFM HRIS Analyst to join their team. This is a brand-new position created to support their recent transition to UKG Pro WFM, which went live just weeks ago. With only 75% of the UKG Pro Core modules implemented, they need an expert to optimize their system, complete the rollout, and drive continued enhancements. What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the UKG Pro & WFM system expert, ensuring seamless integration of HCM, payroll, and workforce management
- Oversee system maintenance, updates, and enhancements to maximize functionality and user experience
- Lead the implementation of ATS, Performance Management, and Benefits modules
- Develop and refine reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making
- Drive system standardization and optimize workflows to increase efficiency across the organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and provide ongoing system training and support
What You Bring:
- 3 years of experience working with the full UKG Pro WFM suite
- Expertise in UKG Pro Core modules (ATS, Performance Management, Benefits Administration)
- Strong understanding of UKG WFM (Advanced Scheduling & Timekeeping)
- Integration knowledge of UKG Pro WFM with other HR/payroll systems
- Experience building reports, automating workflows, and creating dashboards in UKG
- Ability to manage and support complex workforce structures in a high-volume environment
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
