What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workday Delivery Manager position at Planet Technology?
Planet Technology's end client in Austin, TX is looking for Workday Delivery / Engagement Manager for at least a 1 year contract! They are currently live on Workday HCM, Benefits, Talent and Payroll.
They are looking for a Workday Delivery Manager that will work with the business on break fix and enhancement requests and then communicate that with the offshore team and hold offshore production services team accountable to SLA's and optimization timelines.
This role will be 4 days a week onsite in Austin, TX.
Qualifications :
- 4 years of Workday Project / Program Management
- Experience leading a post-production team and working with offshore resources.
- Hands-on background in Workday HCM, Benefits, Talent or Payroll
- Workday Canadian Payroll experience is a big plus as it's in the future roadmap for 2025
- Experience with Agile Methodology and Jira
- Strong skills running daily stand ups and working with the business to develop sprints and user stories
- Workday Certifications are a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
