Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Project Manager to oversee and manage post go-live enhancements for their Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of additional HR products while applying Workday's best practices and methodology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, specifically within the Workday HCM space, and a solid understanding of HR operations.
Responsibilities :
- Project Oversight : Manage and coordinate post go-live enhancements for Workday HCM, ensuring timely delivery of all enhancements and HR product implementations.
- Leadership Mindset : Demonstrate a leadership mindset and be assertive in driving project progress.
- Resource Management : Oversee and direct implementation resources, ensuring effective task management and resource allocation across various teams.
- Cross-Functional Liaison : Work closely with multiple business units to gather requirements, analyze needs, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Drive Deliverables : Manage and ensure successful completion of project deliverables, tasks, and milestones internally.
- Implementation Support : Ensure the completion of full lifecycle Workday implementation, particularly in Phase 2 or Phase X of the implementation process.
- Forward-Thinking Approach : Be prepared to anticipate project needs and proactively develop solutions that align with long-term HR and business goals.
