Every 3rd weekend - 8hrs 8-430 Coverage area is Hampton, Newport News, and Smithfield. Requirements : Oasis Charting experience 2 years of Home Health experience required 1st time OK VA License or compact must be in hand Shift info : Every third weekend No call Brief Unit Description : We serve the community by offering them in home visits for qualifying clients. We have a multiple team member approach. Comments : This position requires the applicant to see 30 points in a week or 6 a day, complete documentation the day of and work every third weekend as part of the weekend rotation. Experience / Skills / Education / License Requirements : Must have HH experience, OASIS E experience, must hold a RN license and eligible to work in the state of VA.
