Speech-Language Pathologist

Capital Health Regional Medical Center – Trenton, NJ

Capital Health is seeking an experienced Contracted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week assignment in the acute care setting.

Position Details :

Location : Capital Health Regional Medical Center, Trenton, NJ

Duration : 13-week contract

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Weekends / On-Call : Not required

Scrub Color : Preferred – Caribbean blue (alternatives accepted if needed)

Requirements :

Experience : Minimum of 2 years in acute care , including :

Trauma, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Stroke

Tracheostomy / Ventilator management

Independent in Videofluoroscopic Evaluations of Swallowing

All adult caseload (no pediatrics)

Licensure : Active New Jersey SLP license required at the time of submission

Preferred : Experience with Cerner (training available if needed)

Skills : Must be flexible, a team player, and an effective communicator
