Responsibilities
- Provide proactive and responsive IT support including desktop, mobile, network, and cloud
- Monitor and test customer IT systems utilizing the N-able suite of solutions
- Provide support for new IT solution rollouts and migrations
- Use support ticketing system and record time for customer billing
- Basic server administration and maintenance
- Malware and virus removal
- Operating system installation and upgrades
- Network device installation and troubleshooting
- Workstation and mobile troubleshooting
- Wireless configuration
- Windows 10/11
- Mac OSX 10.x
- iOS MDM with Intune and Apple Business Manager
- Network cabling
- Microsoft Active Directory / Azure Active Directory account management
- On premise and cloud-based backups
- Document customer IT environments
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace accounts
- Microsoft 365 migration experience a plus
- Microsoft Teams account management a plus
- Productive, positive team player (essential)
- A ‘technophile’ who wants to learn, grow, and advance in the IT field
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Associate’s or bachelor's degree in IT discipline, or work toward appropriate degree (grade transcript required)
- 5 years desktop/network support experience with satisfactory references
- MSP (Managed Services Provider) experience preferred
- Microsoft certifications a plus
- Medium work—Exerting up to 50 pounds of force rarely, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 5 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Must have a good driving record and reliable car for customer visits
