About the Opportunity
We are looking for an Associate in Growth Marketing with strong demand generation instincts, data-driven decision making, and a passion for performance marketing. Your mission? Drive pipeline and qualified traffic through SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital content strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align growth marketing initiatives with revenue goals, identify ranking opportunities, and experiment with growth levers to unlock new levels of performance. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the following areas:
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Developing SEO-driven content strategies that support inbound lead generation and organic visibility.
- Conducting in-depth site audits and resolving any SEO issues (crawl errors, site speed, etc).
- Doing keywork research, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Identifying ranking opportunities and delivering clear, actionable guidance for optimizing content.
- Implementing metadata including optimized titles, descriptions, headers, and alt tags.
- Executing off-page SEO campaigns (e.g. link-building, partner collaboration, and outreach initiatives).
- Optimizing content for LLM discovery to align with emerging AI-driven search trends.
Inbound Growth, Conversion, & Analytics
- Contributing to blog development, including content planning, SEO-optimized copywriting, and editorial review to align with keyword priorities and audience intent.
- Managing PPC and paid media campaigns (Search, Display, Retargeting) using Google Ads and other platforms.
- Implementing and managing conversion tracking, CRO tests, and performance monitoring to grow MQLs and SQLs.
- Collaborating with internal teams to produce high-quality digital assets (e.g. blogs, landing pages, guides) that nurture leads through the customer journey.
- Building and managing performance dashboards using tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot to track and report on campaign effectiveness, user behavior, and traffic trends.
- Analyzing key metrics such as engagement, CTR bounce rates, and conversion paths to inform content iteration and campaign refinement.
- Translating analytics into actionable insights that optimize content performance.
Growth Hacking and Experimentation
- Designing and executing data-driven experiments across marketing channels to uncover growth opportunities.
- Testing and refining elements such as messaging, CTAs, landing pages, and user journeys through structured A/B and multivariate testing.
- Developing hypotheses rooted in analytics and user behavior, using tools like Google Optimize, Hotjar, and GA4 to validate performance.
- Embracing a test-and-learn mindset to drive measurable gains in lead acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates across the full funnel.
Hubspot Growth Strategy
- Optimizing lead nurturing and segmentation in HubSpot to drive higher engagement and conversion.
- Collaborating with the sales team to enhance lead scoring models, lifecycle stage definitions, and workflow automation.
- Creating campaign sequences, email nurtures, and targeted outreach strategies.
- Developing and executing re-nurturing strategies to re-engage inactive or non-converting leads.
The ideal candidate is an autonomous, go-getter, who relishes the opportunity to be involved in many different projects and initiatives at the same time. Performing all tasks and status updates with an acute sense urgency at all times is second nature to the person best fitting this role. To succeed, the Growth Marketer must be able to handle multiple requests and competing priorities with grace and a level head all while meeting deadlines and objectives.
This position reports into and works closely with our Sr. Sales Engineer. In general, we're looking for team members whose equilibrium is juggling multiple projects and priorities. Strong candidates will possess an innate ability to set the standard and strive for excellence every minute of the day. To succeed at PlanetTogether, candidates should be incredible critical thinkers, relentless problem solvers, and positive people.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Web Design, or other related field.
- 3 years of experience in SEO, demand generation, or digital growth marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- 3 years of experience designing in and managing Hubspot websites and landing pages.
- 3 years of hands-on experience with SEM tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Spyfu.
- Deep understanding of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical), CRO, and performance marketing best practices.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience with GA4, Google Search Console, HubSpot, and paid media dashboards.
- Strong working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Hubspot certifications are a plus.
- Native-level fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking) and comfortable speaking with colleagues, partners, and clients across all mediums.
- Manufacturing and supply chain management experience is a major plus.
