Job Description: Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontracts in support of development, production and global sustainment for multiple contract types. Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages for review, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts. Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Participates with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures. May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.

Basic Qualifications
(3 years minimum)
- Previous Lockheed Martin Experience is Required
- Experience or Education in Procurement/Supply Chain
- Experience with FAR/DFAR requirements
- Experience with SAP / P2P; Purchase Order Placement/Closeout
- Understanding of Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Resourceful with Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Subcontract Navigator (SCNAV)
- Experience in Subcontract Management, specifically experience with the deployment of material and logistics strategies
- Knowledge of Dept. of Labor Wage Determination/Collective Bargaining Agreements and their respective impacts within Subcontracts
