PlanITROI seeks energetic and motivated General Warehouse Team Members to play a key role in our fast-paced, high-impact operations. If you’re looking for a hands-on role where your contributions make a real difference, this is the opportunity for you! You’ll help ensure our warehouse runs smoothly by cleaning, decaling, picking, and packing, all while working in a dynamic environment that values teamwork, efficiency, and innovation.
Your Role in the Mission:
- Lightly clean, apply decals, and pack refurbished devices with precision and care to meet daily production goals.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all devices meet our rigorous standards before shipment.
- Perform minor repairs on packaging materials and equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
- Monitor and replenish inventory for packaging materials to ensure seamless production flow.
- Organize and stock supply rooms so team members have easy access to necessary materials.
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.
- Track daily production metrics and report any discrepancies to your supervisor.
What We’re Looking For:
- People who want to go to work every day!
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!
- Strong attention to detail when cleaning, decaling, and packing devices.
- Ability to lift 7 lbs. regularly and up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
- Comfortable standing for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Basic computer skills for recording and reporting tasks.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
