Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Lines Account Manager at PlanLife. The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, selling insurance products, and effectively communicating with clients and insurance carriers.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate skill and experience in all aspects of professionally managing an existing Personal lines book of business
- Relationship building expertise
- Agency billing and reconciliation
- Experience with agency management software
- Willingness and ability to be proactive beyond the reactive demands of the role
- Actively communicate with carriers, underwriters, agents and clients
- Team Player
- A "can do" attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
- 440 or20-44 required, 220 a plus
