Full Time Maintenance Technician | Bethesda, MD

• 
  Work closely with the Building Engineer.
• Conduct/implement periodic general preventative maintenance on the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, fire, and plumbing systems.
• After-hours emergency contact. Expected to respond to emergencies.
• Perform minor repairs to include but not limited to drywall, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry.
• Prioritize service calls and follow up upon completion.
• Schedule and meet with contractors.
• Repair drywalls and paint as needed.
• Maintain stock and inventory control.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Maintenance Engineer.
• Must be able to on call and live at least 30 min from the property.

• 
  High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 to 3 years of previous building operations maintenance experience. 3 years in working with condos
• Experience with building systems such as cooling towers, HVAC, plumbing, generators, electrical, mechanical, and fire.
• Effective communication.
• Paint & Drywall repairs.
• Self-motivated.
• Great Interpersonal Skills
