Position Overview:
The Vice President of Management Services is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Management Services Department and supervising a team of 17-20 HOA Community Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing workloads and staffing, conducting employee performance reviews and providing feedback.
- Developing and implementing new policies and procedures.
- Organizing monthly department meetings and managing employee training.
- Attending board meetings and property tours when needed.
- Responding to inquiries from board members and homeowners.
- Conducting audits, following up on issues and ensuring all concerns are resolved.
- Tracking new business leads, preparing proposals, and attending meetings with potential clients.
- Collaborating with various departments and completing goals on time.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of management/supervisory experience in HOA Community Management.
- Holds an AMS designation or higher with CAI.
- Marketing experience is a plus.
- Tech Savvy-Comfortable in the use of technology including computer hardware/software and social media. Has a desire to stay current with new technology.
- Customer Service-Exceptional verbal and written customer service skills required.
- Detailed-Follows daily, weekly and monthly procedures completely.
- Organized-Appreciates and implements systems and processes and assures follow through.
- Fair-Displays compassion towards employees and supports them without bias or agenda.
- Strong-Able to enforce company policies and hold employees accountable.
